當您填寫本網站的「聯絡我們／預約 Demo」表單時，您主動提供公司名稱、姓名、電子郵件、電話、洽詢主題與需求說明。填寫表單前，您可選擇使用「AI 幫我整理」功能，將您輸入的關鍵字或簡述整理成需求說明；此功能會將您輸入的文字送交本公司自營的 AI 推論服務（Aiii AI Hub）處理後回傳結果，整理結果僅顯示於您的瀏覽器，在您送出表單前不會被儲存。
When you submit the "Contact us / Book a demo" form on the Site, you voluntarily provide your company name, name, email address, phone number, subject and message. Before submitting, you may optionally use the "AI Polish" feature, which sends the text you typed to Aiii's own AI inference service (Aiii AI Hub) and returns a tidied summary. The result is only displayed in your browser and is not stored until you submit the form.
1.2 使用過程中自動產生 / Generated automatically during use
當您瀏覽本網站時，系統與我們使用的分析工具會自動記錄技術資料，包含 IP 位址、瀏覽器與裝置資訊（User-Agent）、造訪頁面、停留時間、點擊與捲動行為、來源網址及時間戳記。送出表單時，我們另會記錄來源頁面與 Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise 的風險評分結果，用以防止機器人濫發。
When you browse the Site, our systems and analytics tools automatically record technical data including IP address, browser and device information (User-Agent), pages visited, time on page, click and scroll behaviour, referrer URL and timestamps. When you submit a form we also record the originating page and the Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise risk assessment result to prevent automated abuse.

Under the PDPA and the Ministry of Justice's list of specified purposes, the Site collects personal data for the following purposes: 040 Marketing; 063 Collection, processing and use by non-government agencies under statutory obligations; 069 Contractual, quasi-contractual or other legal relationships; 090 Consumer, customer management and services; 135 Information and communication services; 157 Surveys, statistics and research analysis.

7. 跨境傳輸 Cross-border Transfer
因本網站使用 Google、Microsoft 與 Twilio 等國際雲端服務，您的資料可能被儲存或處理於中華民國境外（包括美國及該等服務商於亞太地區的資料中心）。上述服務商均採取符合國際標準之安全措施。您使用本網站即表示了解並同意此跨境傳輸。
Because the Site relies on international cloud services from Google, Microsoft and Twilio, your data may be stored or processed outside Taiwan (including in the United States and those providers' Asia-Pacific data centres). These providers maintain security measures meeting international standards. By using the Site you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfer.
8. 資訊安全措施 Security
- 全站強制 HTTPS/TLS 加密傳輸。HTTPS/TLS enforced site-wide.
- 表單資料僅能由伺服器端 API 寫入資料庫，前端無法直接讀取或修改；資料庫存取受 Firestore 安全規則保護，僅限授權之內部人員讀取。Form data can only be written through a server-side API; the frontend cannot read or modify it. Database access is protected by Firestore Security Rules and limited to authorised staff.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise 與每 IP 送出頻率限制，防止自動化濫發。Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise plus per-IP rate limiting to block automated abuse.
- API 金鑰以 Secret Manager 管理，不存放於前端程式碼。API keys are managed in Secret Manager and never shipped in frontend code.
- 內部人員以最小權限原則存取資料，並負保密義務。Staff access data on a least-privilege basis and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，您就本公司持有之個人資料得行使下列權利：
