Could the AI make errors or miss an emergency?
Emergencies are naturally routed by the key-press menu (callers press the emergency/119 option themselves). The AI only handles non-urgent needs such as appointments and prescriptions, and can transfer to a live agent at any time. It does not intervene in emergency medical judgment.
Do I need to replace my current clinic system?
No. Dr.Desk handles incoming calls via call forwarding and operates your existing clinic system within an authorised environment to look up data. Almost no changes to existing equipment are required.
Is patient record data secure?
Patient records are sensitive medical data. Production deployments require written clinic authorisation, data minimisation, and auditable operations. All demo data on this page uses fake patients and is fully de-identified, with no connection to any real system. Aiii holds ISO 27001 certification and extensive healthcare compliance experience.
Does the AI handle dispensing as well?
No. The AI only accepts and assists with prescription pick-up requests and verifies refill dates. Prescription validity and dispensing are always confirmed by a pharmacist — the AI does not judge or replace the pharmacist.
