1. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Aiii's products, services, case studies, company information and job openings, and provides channels to contact us or book a demo. Site content is for general information only and does not constitute an offer; the provision of any product or service is subject to a separate agreement, quotation or order document signed by the parties.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including without limitation text, images, video, charts, page design, source code, trademarks and logos (including "Aiii", "類神經網路", "Dr.Desk", "Dr.Care", "MCP Engine", "Aiii DocuGuard") and interactive demos, is owned by Aiii or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and related laws.
Without Aiii's prior written consent you may not reproduce, adapt, publicly transmit, distribute, rent, sell or otherwise exploit Site content, nor remove any copyright or trademark notice. You may view, download or print Site content for personal or internal evaluation purposes on a non-commercial basis, provided all proprietary notices are retained.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos mentioned on the Site (e.g. Veeva, IQVIA, LINE, Google, Microsoft, Azure, Anthropic and client names in case studies) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe integrations or partnerships; no endorsement is implied.

robots.txt. - Interfere with, damage or attempt unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, databases or connected networks, or circumvent its security measures (including reCAPTCHA and rate limits).
- Submit false, impersonating, unlawful, infringing, harassing, malicious or spam content through the contact form or AI features.
- Use Site content for any purpose that violates the law or infringes others' rights.
Aiii may restrict or terminate your access to the Site without notice upon discovering a breach of these Terms, and reserves all legal remedies.
4. Contact form and AI features
Information you provide via the contact form must be true and accurate, and you warrant that you are entitled to provide it (including information about your organisation). Aiii processes it under the Privacy Policy and may contact you by email or phone.
The "AI Polish" feature uses Aiii's AI service to turn your text into a requirement summary. The output is machine-generated for your convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate; review and edit it before submitting — the version you finally confirm is what counts. Aiii gives no warranty for AI-generated text. Do not enter confidential information, other people's personal data or special categories of personal data into this feature.
5. Demos and sample data
Some pages offer interactive product demos. Any figures, names, organisations, conversations or charts shown in demos are fictitious sample data intended only to illustrate concepts; they do not represent real cases, real customer data or actual product performance. Actual features, interfaces and performance are as delivered under the applicable agreement.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The Traditional Chinese version of these Terms prevails; other language versions are provided for reference only.
